IT’S a sign of the times in Killarney as the town flies the banner with pride for the height of the tourism season.

Killarney Chamber of Tourism and Commerce and Killarney Municipal District Council are working together to promote the town in the best possible fashion and they have erected banners of welcome on the streets to add to the atmosphere.

With the season in full swing, Killarney is certainly looking its best. Currently enjoying the 4th July festival celebrations and gearing up for the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle, it really is all systems go.

Paul O’Neill, President of Killarney Chamber of Tourism and Commerce, remarked: “The Summer is in full flow and the town is looking great. It is wonderful to see Killarney businesses brightening up their premises and it’s great to see the wonderful team work of our Tidy Towns volunteers and the Killarney Municipal District”.
