MEMBERS of Killarney’s business community were briefed on all aspects of Budget 22 at a lunch gathering hosted by a local accountancy and financial services firm this Wednesday.

OCKT Ltd, long established chartered accountants and registered auditors, organised the event in the Great Southern Hotel and it was held in association with the Killarney Chamber of Tourism and Commerce.

The Covid restrictions compliant briefing examined all the key points of the Budget, the advantages, the disadvantages, the gains that would be made and the preparations that need to be made.

Company representatives explained all of the main points and, where possible, suggested any tax planning initiatives that could be taken prior to December 31.
