Chef’s Table a rare treat at the Dunloe Hotel and Gardens

A rare opportunity to watch a team of culinary greats in action, at very close quarters, is being offered at the Dunloe Hotel and Gardens with an exclusive four-date Chef’s Table experience running from June to October.

The excitement, which will take place at The Grill Restaurant, will be hosted by esteemed executive head chef Jupp Osterloh and head chef, Thomas Ostermann.

The intimate dining experience will take place across four dates with a new seasonal menu on each date:

  • Saturday, 29th June
  • Saturday, 10th August
  • Saturday, 31st August
  • Saturday, 5th October

Guests will enjoy an evening of inspiration whilst seated in front of the open kitchen and they will have an opportunity to engage with the culinary team as they work closely to present a bespoke eight-course menu.

The special seasonal menus will focus on locally sourced ingredients from farmers, fishermen and growers of the region using a variety of innovative techniques including the naturally-fuelled Josper Grill.

Dishes that will be served at the first Chef’s Table in June include decadent Atlantic Lobster Consommé and Trio of Killarney Spring Lamb with the menu highlighting elements of buckwheat, strawberry and parsley.

The eight course menu will cost €125.00 per person and can be booked individually or as a

group, with a maximum number of eight guests seated. The Chef’s Table experience will begin at 7.00pm on each date and all guests will be seated at one table.

The menu is predetermined but dietary requirements will be catered for and a wine pairing menu will be available on the night.
