
Following the massive success of the inaugural Killarney Club 7s in 2022, Spa GAA Club has confirmed that the bumper seven-a-side Gaelic football tournament – and the party that goes with it – will be returning this year.
Bigger than last year, there will be with men and ladies’ teams from all four corners of the country competing for a prize fund of €10,000 over the June bank holiday weekend.
Some of the teams that will be taking part are include Newtown Blues (Louth), Éire Óg (Cork), Confey (Kildare), Castleknock (Dublin), Cuala (Dublin), Kinsale (Cork) and Feohanagh Castlemahon (Limerick) as well as a number of Kerry clubs, including Killarney Legion, Dingle and Kerins O’Rahilly’s.
The tournament will again be hosted at Spa GAA Club and it is expected to attract in the region of 2,000 people each day.

Spectators will be treated to a feast of football over the weekend with action beginning at 9.30am and running right throughout the day.
There will be live music from 12 noon 10.30pm, including DJ and Sax, Ruaille Buaile, Super Céilí, Simple Things and Up in Smoke and that will ensure a great atmosphere in the on site Heineken Tent.
There will also be a kids’ corner and food stations and a free shuttle bus will also be available, collecting people at the Franciscan Friary in Killarney every 30 minutes and returning them to town when leaving the venue.

A day pass is €25, a weekend pass is €40 and under 18s will be admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.
