Following a series of impressive performances and big wins, John Brennan has scooped the sought-after golfer of the year award at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club.

He received his prize from captain Tommy Galvin and president Junior Finnegan at a reception in the clubhouse.
John also collected the prize for the Killarney Brewery and Distillery sponsored club championship foursomes when he partnered Joe Hartnett to victory.
