ELEGANT Mary Kelleher from Killorglin had heads turning at Listowel Races this afternoon when she was chosen as the best dressed lady.
Friday the 13th proved to be very lucky for the style queen who was wearing a fitted mint green Tina Griffin dress with a matching Carol Kennelly headpiece.
Mary’s prize was a cheque for €3,000 and the use of a Honda Civic for a year.
The first runner-up was Catherine Burke, wearing an embellished blue jumpsuit from Joi Castleisland and she received a cheque for €1,000.
The second runner-up was Jozette Hartnett from Tipperary, wearing an off the shoulder green dress with a crown styled headpiece from Hat Trick. She received a cheque for €500.
The winner of the prize for the jazziest headpiece was Betty McGrath from Listowel, who wowed in a dramatic French Riviera style headpiece by Listowel milliner Aoife Hannon.
The prize for the most stylish selfie was shared between Sarah Murphy, Emer Lynch and Ian Moloney for their group selfie and they received a cheque for €300.
Ladies Day was judged by Celia Holman Lee and Marietta Doran.
