Bloom has announced that three Kerry exhibitors will be joining this year’s event line-up with Kells Bay Gardens from Caherciveen, Dingle Distillery, and Valentia Island Vermouth all confirmed as participants.
With just three weeks to go until the festival of flowers, food and fun returns to its home in the Phoenix Park, Dublin, organisers are encouraging visitors to plan their visit and enjoy a great day out this summer.
The festival expects to welcome over 100,000 visitors across its 70-acre site, which will play host to 20 spectacular new show gardens at the centre of the experience.
Kells Bay Garden and Nursery will exhibit breathtaking ferns in the nursery village. A two-time gold medal winner at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Billy Alexander, owner at Kells Bay House and Gardens, has won a number of awards for his exotic and rare fern collection.
Visitors to Bloom can meet over 100 of Ireland’s top food and craft drink producers at the Food Village and Bloom Inn, including Dingle Distillery, an independent, family-owned, artisan distillery creating whiskey, gin and vodka and Valentia Island Vermouth who are producers of the first Irish Vermouth on Valentia Island.
