Kerry v Tyrone to be played at Fitzgerald Stadium

Fitzgerald Stadium will be the venue for the Kerry v Tyrone clash

KILLARNEY will be the venue for Kerry’s National League semi-final showdown with old rivals Tyrone.

The big game will be played at Fitzgerald Stadium on Saturday, June 12 with a 5.00pm throw-in.

Kerry will be hoping to make a big impression as they prepare for their upcoming Munster championship quarter-final showdown with Clare, also at Fitzgerald Stadium on June 26.

Peter Keane’s side have hit a rich vein of form in their last three NFL outings against Galway, All-Ireland champions Dublin and Roscommon.

Kerry will be forced to line out with Tadgh Morley following his red card in Dr Hyde Park on Sunday but an appeal is likely as the management team believes it was a harsh dismissal.

Killian Spillane and Jack Barry are both expected to recover from knock that kept them out of action against Roscommon and James O’Donoghue is also back training.
