Killaney hotels have that golden touch

The team at Great Southern in Killarney are today celebrating being recognized as Ireland’s top business and conference hotel at the 2022 Gold Medal Awards.

Organised in association with Hotel and Catering Review magazine, the awards were held in The Galmont Hotel, Galway and they are recognised as the leading independent awards programme for the Irish hospitality industry.

As the first conference centre established outside of Dublin in 1968, Great Southern Killarney has a long tradition of hosting top-class national and international events in its purpose-built events centre which can cater for 950 delegates.

The awards ceremony was hosted by former RTÉ newsreader Anne Doyle.
