Late train laid on to bring Kerry fans home

Passengers at Killarney Railway Station will be able to book the train to and from Dublin on the day of the big match

A LATE night train service from Dublin’s Heuston Station will be provided to transport Kerry supporters home after Saturday week’s All-Ireland final replay.

The special train to Tralee – with stops in Rathmore, Killarney and Farranfore – is scheduled to depart from the capital at 9.00pm.

In the event of the game, which has a 6 o’clock throw-in time, ending in another draw and extra time being played, it will be held for a period to allow supporters extra time to get to the rail station.

A 9.05am service direct from Tralee to Dublin will be laid on for that Saturday morning and Kerry supporters won’t have to change at Mallow.
