Super talented Killarney classical singer and accomplished songwriter Mary Culloty O’Sullivan will debut her eagerly awaited one-woman show, Fifteen, at Muckross Schoolhouse this Sunday, August 14, at 7.30pm.
The self-penned and witty contemporary production will reflect on her experiences of growing up in Killarney in the 1980s and it will continue right up to the present day with nostalgic references to house phones, mix tapes, the old cinema and Jackie magazine.
Directed by Liz Ryan of Dóchas Drama Group, Mary will be accompanied on piano by Tony O’Flaherty and a night of great laughter and wonderful song is assured.
The free admission event is part of the Local Live Performance Programming Scheme which was established to support employment opportunities for professional performers and technicians and to help underpin the recovery of the commercial live post pandemic.
