A fun night conversing in the Irish language over a few sociable drinks in on the agenda or Killarney this Friday night at the first Pop-Up Gaeltacht of the year.

The craic will commence upstairs in Courtney’s Bar on Plunkett Street at 7.30pm and an open invitation has been extended.

The establishment of the Pop Up Gaeltacht over the past year has brought together Killarney’s Irish speaking community and the organisers are hoping to see plenty of new and familiar faces on the night.

Event planner Mark Cooper said lively traditional music has been arranged and there will be some brilliant conversations, as gaeilge, between people of all ages,

“Come along, bring a friend and have some fun. People at all levels of Irish language are very welcome,” said Mark.
