THE no-nonsense duo who put various celebrities through their paces on RTÉ’s Special Forces Ultimate Hell are Kerry bound to do likewise with the women of the county.
The Kerry Business Women’s Network is planning to get everybody in top shape for the festivities by engaging the services of Ray Goggins and Rossa O’Donnell for one special evening on December 8.
The event is designed to change the way people think about the challenges they face, in both their business and personal life.
Ray and Rossa’s combined years of military training have created a mindset, outlook and series of skills that can be channelled into any situation. They will guide partiicpants on how to create a mindset that is more productive, focused and effective in an ever-changing environment.
“The path I have travelled, the things I have done and the people I have met in crisis situations have given me a window into those qualities that make us perform. My military training created a mindset, an outlook and skills that can be channeled into any situation,” said Ray Goggins, a former maritime task group leader with the Army.
It is an ideal event for anyone who wants to learn how to improve their resilience and enhance their ability to operate, achieve and self-evaluate to the highest standard in the harshest environments.
The event will take place in Ballygarry House Hotel, Tralee on December 8 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm and tickets, priced from €5 to €20, are information is available locally.
