People of all ages, including those with absolutely no previous choir activity, are welcome to attend the start of the new season of the Kingdom Gospel Choir.
An open, friendly and fun environment is guaranteed at each of the three choir gatherings which will cater for adults, children and the youth.
The adult choir will resume activities on Friday, September 23 in the Franciscan Friary from 8.00pm to 9.00pm and no previous singing experience is necessary in advance of the hour-long gathering of fun-filled, feelgood music.
The Kiddies Kingdom Gospel Choir, for children aged four to eight, will gather at the John Paul II Pastoral Centre on Rock Road from 12 noon to 1.00pm on Saturday, September 24 and the Youth Gospel Choir, for those aged nine to 12, will gather at the same venue, also on Saturday, from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
All choirs will meet on a fortnightly basis after that.
“We are so excited to be back. It’s such a joyful time – a place to come, sing and have a laugh,” said director Caoimhe Lynch.
