The event was organised by Fáilte Ireland in partnership with Kerry County Council and Tourism Industry Federation and the hope is that great cooperation locally will inspire visitors to explore the county and all it has to offer.
Face-to-face networking sessions were facilitated among accommodation providers, visitor attractions, experiences, activities and golf providers to forge new connections and renew old ones.
The meetings focused on how tourism businesses can work together to collectively sell Kerry as an exciting destination with a range of things to see and do for all demographics of visitors.

Fáilte Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way team and Kerry County Council provided the attendees with updates on tourism initiatives for the county while Fáilte Ireland also hosted a panel discussion featuring key players in the tourism industry who discussed the importance of cross-selling and networking within the Wild Atlantic Way communities and destinations.
Chair of the Kerry Tourism Industry Federation, Pat O’Leary, said the special thing about Kerry isn’t just its beautiful landscapes and history, it’s the unity of all sectors within the county that truly sets the county apart.
“I believe that coming together and networking are crucial for our county’s success. Events such as this give us the opportunity to showcase not only our amazing products but also to connect, collaborate and create experiences that leave a lasting impact for our visitors,” he remarked.
