KERRY’S Super 8’s clash with either Mayo or Galway has been fixed for Sunday, July 14.
The game will take place in Fitzgerald Stadium and the throw-in will be at 4 o’clock.
Many businesses in Killarney will be hoping for a high-profile Kerry v Mayo encounter given that a meeting between the fierce rivals would almost guarantee a full house and it would represent a bonanza for hotels, guesthouses, pubs and restaurants.
Either way, a bumper attendance is expected at the newly upgraded stadium as Galway also attract a big following and Kerry will be seeking revenge over Kevin Walsh’s side who won in their Super 8’s meeting last season.
Kerry’s glamour game with Ulster champions Donegal will take place in Croke Park the following Sunday, also with a 4 o’clock throw-in.
The venue and time for clash with either Clare or Meath will be arranged later.
