Wild things: Magic of the Way sees The Light

The Light: Clive Williams and Alec Noonan

THE Wild Atlantic Way is to be brought to life with the launch in the coming days of a new anthem that highlights the beauty and the magic of the spectacular natural attraction.`
A single performed by an impressive two-piece band, The Light, will be launched next Thursday and music industry personnel have described the effort as “a cracker of a song”
The band is led by prolific singer/songwriter Clive Williams whose catchy and insightful acoustic rock songs capture the mood of the present day but with a distinctive nod to the golden days of the pop single.

Also featuring the powerful and passionate vocals of Currow-based singer Alec Noonan, The Light paint real-life pictures of love, hope, compassion and truth.
Their first single, Wild Atlantic Way, is Clive’s enticing story of how love drew him across the sea to be with his partner on the romantic wild west coast of Ireland. A potential folk/pop classic, it is destined to soon be part of many weddings and celebrations.
It will be released on Thursday for download and streaming.
The Wild Atlantic Way is a place of wonder, mystery, and romance, but for Clive, it will always be a place of love, the very place that was to turn his whole world upside down. A suggested friend request on Facebook, turned into an online relationship with an Irish yoga teacher and, within months of their first phone call, Clive was living in the west of Ireland, helplessly in love.
He put pen to paper to tell her and the world of his magical adventure and the end result has been an instant hit with all who have heard it.
